We use CEE listed ballasts in all of the fixtures that we stock, which may help your customers qualify for rebates.  We install only Advance, Universal, Osram, and GE ballsts in our fixtures.

L.A. Lighting manufactures all of our own products and we do not import any of our fixtures from Mexico or China for resale in the United States of America.
